Pertamina Group held the Pertamina Synergy Workshop 2023 at The Patra Bali Resort & Villas on February 13-16, 2023. The workshop was attended by the board of directors of all Pertamina Group subsidiaries and affiliates, including PGNCOM, a subsidiary of PGN, as well as the Synergy PIC, Procurement PIC, Marketing PIC, and Business Development PIC.
The workshop participants discussed the KPI Value Creation Synergy decision and provided feedback and lessons learned from Synergy 2022. They also presented a summary of Pertamina Group's Synergy and KPI Value Creation Synergy 2023.
The Pertamina Synergy Workshop 2023 ended with the signing of a commitment charter by PTPR CEO Iin Febrian. This is part of Pertamina Group's commitment to support the quality implementation of Synergy.
Through the Pertamina Synergy Workshop 2023, Pertamina Group hopes to enhance the synergy among subsidiaries and affiliates within the Pertamina Group environment. This is also an annual event held by PT Pertamina (Persero).
