Read MoreBandung, April 15, 2025 — A total of 47 prospective new employees took part in the Pre-Employment Training (PET) – Functional Insight of Gas Subholding Batch February 2025, held at Wisma PGN, Bandung.
This event, initiated by Human Capital Subholding Gas (HC SHGAS), aimed to provide participants with an initial understanding of the company’s strategic functions and to instill the core values of professionalism and integrity from an early stage.
One of the main sessions of this event featured a presentation by Mr. Larassetyo Wibowo, President Director of PGNCOM, who delivered an overview of PGNCOM’s profile. In his presentation, he elaborated on the role, vision, and contributions of PGNCOM in the development of information and communication technology, as well as the importance of digital innovation in supporting the company’s operational success.
This session provided new insights to the participants about the dynamic world of work and the increasingly crucial role of technology across various industry sectors.
As a form of appreciation and to boost the participants' enthusiasm, at the end of the session, PGNCOM also distributed various exciting prizes, which were met with enthusiasm and joy by all participants.
